Kid's Yoga Workshop
Saturday 7th March from 2 - 4 pm
FOR BOYS & GIRLS AGED 8-11 YRS.
Price £15 incl. refreshment (£10 for 2nd sibling)
In this special 2 hour workshop the children will explore yoga in a safe supportive and relaxed environment.
They will build confidence, strength, balance and coordination whilst having fun through playing games and doing craft activities, practice mindfulness and breathwork and end with a lovely relaxation.
Mother & Baby Wellbeing Workshops/Lunch - £25

Wednesday 25th March from 10.30 - 13.30
A wonderful way for new mums to nourish, relax and restore during the postnatal chapter.
You and your baby will enjoy a 1 hr postnatal yoga session with Georgia Carlisle which will be followed a visit from Reflexologist, Joy Kelly who will be offering an insight into this wonderful practice and giving you chance to unwind.
The morning ends with a delicious and nourishing plant-based lunch provided by Eat More Plants.
This is a lovely opportunity for new mothers to connect with each other and create a supportive community for new motherhood to bloom.
Note: Postnatal yoga is safe to be practised from four weeks after a natural birth and six weeks after a C-section. We encourage you to bring your baby along with you if they are at the pre-crawling stage.
