What is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?
Vinyasa can be translated as “to place in a special way”. This style of practicing asana is created by linking breath to continuous movement in sequence. We will flow through a sequence of postures to build endurance and heat alongside a balance of strength and flexibility. Focusing on our breath throughout the practice allows us to maintain focused concentration and to develop the mind and body connection. Suitable for those who have some previous experience of yoga as well as those who would like to deepen their practice.
This is a level 2 class, suitable for yogis who are looking to take their practice to the next level. The sequences practiced will follow a theme and work towards a peak pose, ideal for those who are looking for more of a challenge in their yoga practice.

What do I need to bring?
All equipment and drinking water is provided but should you wish to bring your own water bottle a water filter machine is available for refills. Please help us to protect the environment by not using single use plastic bottles.
Please wear grip Pilates socks or bare feet and comfortable clothes (no belts or zips please as they can make some exercises uncomfortable and damage our mats!).
Make sure the clothes you wear are not too baggy, however, as we need to look at your form.
