Classes, private sessions, courses and workshops are subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen session.
All classes and private sessions must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 24 hour notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If you’re booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for it.
Out of consideration for the Instructor and other Clients, and also for your own safety (the warm-up is an important aspect of each class) please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be admitted.
All courses and workshops must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 72 hour notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If you’re booked into a course or workshop, but miss it or cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, you will be charged for it.
The purchase of a class pass entitles to you the number of classes assigned to that pass. It is flexible, allowing you to book into any available class. All class passes are non refundable and non transferable. All passes, including those bought in the form of a gift certificate will be activated on the day of the first class assigned to that pass.
Once the pass has expired you will not be able to use it.
Gift certificates must be presented at the studio.
All classes and private sessions will last 60 minutes unless otherwise indicated.
Space Fitness and Wellbeing accepts no liability for loss or damage to property of clients or for injury to clients on the studio premises, outside the studio or in the adjoining car park except in so far as such loss, damage or injury is by law capable of exclusion.
Personal belongings are brought on to the studio premises at the client's own risk and Space Fitness and Wellbeing does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
