Susan is a qualified midwife with almost 30 years experience of supporting women in pregnancy, birth and new motherhood.

 

She is a qualified Hypnobirthing instructor and Rebozo practitioner and holds hypnobirthing courses and pregnancy relaxation classes in SPACE.

 

Susan is passionate about preparing parents for birth and new parenthood and believes that hypnobirthing provides parents with the tools to navigate labour, birth and new parenthood positively, no matter what type of birth they have. She also teaches preparation for breast feeding and life with a new baby.

Susan’s style of teaching is nurturing, fun and informative and always includes guided relaxations. 

 

She is a great believer in promoting self-care and enjoys regular yoga practice, mindfulness exercises and getting out in nature in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.

 

Susan runs Hypnobirthing and Relaxation courses, workshops and is instrumental in MumsHub.
