A fusion of cardio, core and stretch, supervised to ensure that participants use the correct techniques to gain maximum benefit whether it is to optimize other sports or just as part of a healthy lifestyle.

This class is booked as a block and runs on Wednesdays from 11th September to 11th December 2019

What is Studio Fit For Ages 14-17?

A one hour, instructor led class that incorporates cardio, core and stretch to build strength, increase stamina, improve posture and flexibility. As pressures mount on teenagers exercise provides a mental release. Students will feel fitter and more energised as well as building healthy bones posture and developing positive habits for life.

What do I need to bring?

All equipment and drinking water is provided but should you wish to bring your own water bottle a water filter machine is available for refills. Please help us to protect the environment by not using single use plastic bottles.

 

 

Please wear grip Pilates socks and comfortable clothes (no belts or zips please as they can make some exercises uncomfortable and damage our mats!).

Make sure the clothes you wear are not too baggy, however, as we need to look at your form.

  • there are no distractions throughout the duration of the session.

  • there is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration.
