What is Slide Pilates?
SLIDE is full body workout that is seriously effective and perfect for improving strength, stability and endurance as well as balance and flexibility. Due to the fact that it is a no-impact exercise it is suitable in the first trimester of pregnancy and can also help in rehabilitation from injury.
Using gliding discs and the principles of Pilates you slide your hands and feet across the floor supporting your full body weight. The constant core engagement will become your secret weapon for great abdominal and back strength.

What do I need to bring?
All equipment and drinking water is provided but should you wish to bring your own water bottle a water filter machine is available for refills. Please help us to protect the environment by not using single use plastic bottles.
Please wear grip Pilates socks and comfortable clothes (no belts or zips please as they can make some exercises uncomfortable and damage our mats!).
Make sure the clothes you wear are not too baggy, however, as we need to look at your form.
