4. For The New Mum
Our Mother and Baby Wellbeing Workshops are a wonderful way for new mums to nourish, relax and restore during the postnatal chapter. Each workshop starts with 1 hour of post-natal yoga, followed by a presentation & practical advice from a health & wellbeing expert and finishes with a nutritious plant based lunch.
5. Spoil Someone
A Thai massage will work wonders to ease away stress and relax the body and mind. Using warm aroma oils and hand-made herbal balms Thai massage can improve circulation, relieve muscle tension and help to increase joint mobility and flexibility.
Or why not spoil yourself – you deserve it!
6. Eat Well. Be Healthy
Choose from nutritional workshops (on everything from beating sugar addition to plant based eating) to private consultations for individuals, couples and families. With what we eat and drink being responsible for about 80% of our health and wellbeing, talking to a registered nutritionist can be life changing.
