With workouts ranging from 10 -45 mins in length to choose from, there is never an excuse not to roll out your mat! Remember it's important to be consistent with your workouts even if you can only fit in 10 minutes!
You’ll be able to select workouts based on a specific topic such as building core strength, toning legs and Glutes, easing back ache or stretching after a day sitting at a desk.
