Over the last 10 years I have worked with hundreds of individuals to create and refine a Pilates based fitness programme that can be tailor-made to suit the specific needs of every individual. My mission is to help people build strength and resilience so that they can keep on challenging themselves at any age, no matter how big or small the challenge.


This has culminated in the development of my Live Strong & Thrive Programme (LST) where I focus on my passion to inspire and empower people to ditch the stereotypes about getting older, enabling them to live life actively and agelessly.

What is the 'Live Strong & Thrive' Programme?

This is your key to living a healthy and active life at any age.


The Live Strong & Thrive Programme is designed for anyone who is ready to grow fitter, stronger, bolder - NOT older. 


Our bodies change as we move through the different stages of life and so our workouts need to change too. The Live Strong & Thrive Programme is a holistic approach to attaining strength, confidence, energy and a positive mindset so that you can lead a beautifully balanced life.

On the Mat

The Live Strong & Thrive Programme is a Pilates based approach to fitness that will build core strength, increase stamina, improve posture, flexibility and balance. 


Through a combination of mat based Pilates workouts, low impact cardio and strength training plus stretch and relaxation sessions, we work from the inside out to build true strength and resilience -  and we make sure we have fun along the way.

Off the Mat

I will be supporting you in developing and maintaining healthy habits, helping you build consistency and making sure that it isn’t overwhelming. I’m all about simple and practical advice, as let’s face it, we lead busy lives!


A healthy and active life is achieved through living a balanced life. You will be given the tools to nourish your body and your mind. Through meditation and breathwork, advice and tips on nutrition (including a library of recipes) and how to hack your circadian rhythm for optimum health. We take the latest information and translate it into easily actionable activities.

Whether you are a beginner, returning to exercise or wanting to enhance your existing exercise routine the Live Strong & Thrive Programme has been developed with you in mind.
