What is Foundation Yoga?
This slow and mindful yoga practice is Ideal for beginners and advanced students alike.
The first half of the class focuses on stretching, moving the body in a slow, gentle and mindful way and linking breath and movement together. The second half focuses on restorative postures where the body is fully supported with the use of props and blankets. This invaluable yoga practice allows us to access deep relaxation and help calm the nervous system, supporting overall health and physical well-being.

What do I need to bring?
All equipment and drinking water is provided but should you wish to bring your own water bottle a water filter machine is available for refills. Please help us to protect the environment by not using single use plastic bottles.
Please wear grip Pilates socks and comfortable clothes (no belts or zips please as they can make some exercises uncomfortable and damage our mats!).
Make sure the clothes you wear are not too baggy, however, as we need to look at your form.
