Expect anything to do with fitness, wellbeing, nutrition, charity events, exciting pop up events, socialising and just simply bringing our community together!


We have some great things planned including Natural Mindfulness in an ancient woodland, Pop-Up Pilates sessions, walks in the Dales and so much more. We will be announcing dates just a soon as restrictions on gathering together are lifted.
