4 Week Course - Starts Friday 17th April
This pre-natal yoga course led by physiotherapist, Laura Carty, is the perfect class for mums-to-be.
Each session is designed to help to strengthen your back and pelvic area whilst the focus on breathing techniques and relaxation will help to ease your pregnancy and prepare your body for delivery and recovery after the birth of your baby.
Enjoy a herbal tea whilst you settle yourself onto your mat for an hour of yoga and relaxation.

Mindfulness & Managing Stress Course - £72
Our Next 4 Weeks Course Starts
Wednesday 22nd April from 6 - 7.30 pm
This course is suitable for anyone who wishes to learn a range of mindfulness skills to integrate into everyday life and strategies to manage stress in our increasingly fast-paced lives. This course may be useful for people with an existing mindfulness practice or with no experience of mindfulness.
An experiential course to assist people to learn mindfulness skills and strategies to assist with stress management
Course Dates: 22/4 - 29/4 - 6/5 - 13/5
To attain the full benefits of the course, participants ideally need to be able to attend all the sessions, however this is not a compulsory requirement.
