Pilates

Often recommended by doctors and physios, Pilates works from the inside out to improve posture, build core strength and flexibility. The mindful practice of Pilates can also help to ease stress.

Beginners Pilates

This gentle class introduces beginners to the principles of Pilates but will also suit those wanting to refresh their Pilates practice.

Flow Pilates

This class might suit you if you prefer more gentle exercise that focuses on balance, flexibility and mobility.

 

Pilates Core

This class will help you if you suffer from ongoing back pain with its focus on using equipment to destabilise you during exercises so activating the deep core muscles.

Beginners Yoga

This is an ideal class to join if you are new to yoga or are looking for a more gentle class. You will be guided through the asanas (postures) in class.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A more challenging yoga practice with emphasis on breathing and alignment that will help to create balance and strength in your mind and body.

 

 Core Strength Vinyasa

If you like to work hard and challenge yourself then this is the class for you. Doing 30 minutes of Core Strength Vinyasa is like doing 1 hour of most other styles of yoga. Prepare to leave on a high.

Barre Pilates

Taking the best of Pilates and contemporary ballet this class will work you until you feel the burn. Expect to strengthen, tone and sculpt your limbs, especially bottom and legs.

Tai Chi

If you wish to improve your balance and strength, focus your mind and leave feeling calm and relaxed then Tai Chi is a wonderfully mindful form of exercise.

 Yoga For Ages 8 - 11 

A fun, creative and engaging yoga class in a calm and relaxed environment that will help to build confidence and self esteem.
