What is Circuit Training (HIIT)?

HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is not just for the young and healthy. Researchers at the Mayo Clinic found that HIIT can improve the health and fitness of just about anyone with even greater benefits for older adults.


HIIT is a full body, cardiovascular workout that consists of a set number of exercises performed to your maximum capacity for short bursts of time, immediately followed up by short periods of active recovery.


HIIT will improve your fitness levels, increase your metabolic rate and burn more calories for longer. So whether you want to loose weight or train for a triathlon this class will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling exhilarated.

What do I need to bring?

All equipment and drinking water is provided but should you wish to bring your own water bottle a water filter machine is available for refills. Please help us to protect the environment by not using single use plastic bottles.


Please wear CLEAN INDOOR ONLY TRAINERS and comfortable clothes (no belts or zips please as they can make some exercises uncomfortable and damage our mats!).


Make sure the clothes you wear are not too baggy, however, as we need to look at your form.
