What is Cardio Barre?

Barre classes integrate elements of Pilates, ballet, cardio and strength training to create a fun and uplifting workout. The classes are designed to emphasise the correct biomechanics of movement; isolating small muscle groups within a limited range of movement to improve posture and increase strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. The classes incorporate light weights for improving arm definition These classes are low impact but you will see results – more toned arms due to the incorporation of light weights, a lengthened definition and toned glutes and thighs. No dance experience is required and it’s a great workout for men and women.

Cardio Barre is faster paced & more high intensity, adding that extra challenge.

What do I need to bring?

All equipment and drinking water is provided but should you wish to bring your own water bottle a water filter machine is available for refills. Please help us to protect the environment by not using single use plastic bottles.


Please wear grip Pilates socks and wear layers so that you can strip off…it can get hot!
