- CANCELLATION POLICY -

Classes, private sessions, courses and workshops are subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen session.
 

ONLINE CLASSES
All online classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 2 hour notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling a class. If you’re booked into a class but miss it or cancel with less than 2 hours notice, you will be charged for it.

 

PRIVATE SESSIONS

All online and studio private sessions must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 24 hour notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If you’re booked in for a private session, but miss it or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for it.


Out of consideration for the Instructor and other clients, and also for your own safety (the warm-up is an important aspect of each class) please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be admitted.
 

EVENTS, COURSES & WORKSHOPS
All events, courses and workshops must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 72 hour notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If you’re booked onto an event, course or workshop, but miss it or cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, you will be charged for it.

Disclaimer

As with all fitness and exercise programmes, when doing exercise you need to use your common sense. To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness programme. By performing any fitness exercises without supervision, you are performing them at your own risk. Space Fitness and Wellbeing will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of this fitness programme, DVD, online fitness video or information shared on our website. This includes emails, videos and text.

It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure: 

  • there is sufficient space to perform the exercises safely and move freely without obstacles or obstructions, free from furniture, equipment and other hazards – a minimum of four square metres per person.

  • any equipment is safe and in a suitable condition for the activity being performed.

  • the surrounding floor space is entirely clear to remove any hazards that may increase the risk of slips, trips or falls.

  • there are no distractions throughout the duration of the session.

  • there is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration.
